Treasury Management Implementation Training Analyst

Our client is embarking on a strategic initiative to transform their Digital Experience, focusing on enabling client onboarding and servicing for Deposit, Cash Management, and Treasury Solutions products. The program aims to support Commercial and Private banking clients by enhancing their onboarding experience to create a streamline process from start to end throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.
We are seeking a Senior Treasury Management Training Specialist that would be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive client training for treasury management services. This role requires autonomy in managing the training lifecycle, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring clients are fully trained on TM products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Design & Delivery: Develop and lead training sessions for treasury management services, including accessOptima (Bottomline), Wires, ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, etc.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for training needs, ensuring clients understand TM products and processes.
  • Create Training Schedules: Coordinate with clients, Implementation Managers, and Operations (as necessary) to establish training schedules for TM services requiring client training.
  • Leverage Usability Content: Utilize existing product guides (User Guides, Quick Reference Guides) to enhance training sessions and provide leave-behind materials for clients.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Training:
    • Train new clients with newly implemented TM services.
    • Provide refresher training for existing clients or new users within existing client organizations.
    • Virtual Training: Deliver training primarily through virtual platforms, with occasional on-site training as required.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of training sessions and update Salesforce Implementation Cases after training completion.
  • Client Engagement: Invite Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) to participate in training sessions, provide feedback, address follow-up questions, and introduce client satisfaction surveys post-training.
  • Product Knowledge Expert: Stay updated on new TM products, ensuring training materials are continuously refreshed and aligned with current services.
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Collaborate with Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and provide feedback on client training progress and any follow-up needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury management, training, or client services within Commercial Banking
  • Familiarity with nCino, Salesforce, accessOptima, Digital One, BEB Commercial Online Banking, Wire (MTS), ACH (PEP+), Deposit (Systematics, IBS, Signature) Platforms or other treasury solutions product conducting client setups.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast paced / high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with virtual training tools and platforms.

Notes

  • Looking for someone who comes from Customer Support in Commercial or Business Banking with experience in conducting training for treasury Solution products.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule with minimum 3 days onsite
