Treasury SolutionsImplementation Specialist

Our client is embarking on a strategic initiative to transform their Digital Experience, focusing on enabling client onboarding and servicing for Deposit, Cash Management, and Treasury Solutions products. The program aims to support Commercial and Private banking clients by enhancing their onboarding experience to create a streamline process from start to end throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.

We are seeking multiple Treasury Solutions Implementation Specialist to support the day-to-day operational activities, particularly for
onboarding clients for Cash Management and Treasury Solutions products like accessOptima (Bottomline Online Banking Platform), Wire, ACH, Positive Pay, and other treasury services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the Treasury Implementation processfor the Commercial Bank supporting requests in a fast-paced high output environment
  • Complete full system setups for Commercial Clients for online banking platform (e.g., accessOptima), Wire Transfer, ACH, Positive Pay, and other treasury and cash management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and peers to collect necessary data required for Onboarding
  • Generating documents via DocuSign to gather required client signatures.
  • Indexing all relevant documents in the appropriate Document Repository to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
  • Finalizing the setup and configuration in the required systems to ensure seamless client access and operation.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with peers while operating effectively in an environment of cooperation and change
  • Ensure that requests are processed timely, accurately, and with completeness to ensure a positive customer experience and to mitigate risk
  • Applies and enforces risk mitigation controls
  • Escalates any exceptions to leadership and other concerned parties
  • Produces high quality output; completes quality management duties as assigned
  • Executes additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Banking Treasury Solutions Implementation.
  • Familiarity with nCino, Salesforce, accessOptima, Digital One, BEB Commercial Online Banking, Wire (MTS), ACH (PEP+), DocuSign Platforms or other treasury solutions product conducting client setups.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while addressing client concerns, ensuring that each interaction reflects a commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Business Partners
  • Demonstrate ability to drive these to completion with effective customer service skills
  • Effectively handles multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracyto meet critical SLAs
  • Proficient in data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including advanced Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point

Notes

  • These are backfilling positions to support day to day Operation team responsibilities
  • Hybrid Work Schedule with minimum 3-4 days onsite
  • Training would be provided
